THE COMPANY

For our Client, a top automotive company, we are looking to appoint high calibre individual in the position of Brand Responsible as to be part of their marketing and commercial department and who will ensure that all aspects of the Marketing Mix (4P) are consistent with approved brand strategies


THE ROLE

The person will have the following main job accountabilities and set of objectives:

• Drives brand’s vision in order to achieve the targets, sales volumes and growth achievement
• Initiates and supervises consumer research regarding creative developments, image, advertising, existing and new products, consumer behaviours and others needed for the brands performance measurement and development, follow/review segmentation, provides timely information / observations to Management.
• Developing and implementing the brand strategies and the annual brand plan for several automotive brands;
• Evaluating market potential and recommending the appropriate marketing actions; Observing the competitors activities and developing counter attacks;
• Product positioning
• Prepare the annual budget; Ensuring the implementation of the promotional plan according to the allocated budget;
• Identify the profit objectives and meet them, P&L
• Responsible for brand positioning, communication campaigns; Works with the agencies on advertising strategic and creative developments and media planning.
• Responsible for developing all the promotional and communication materials for assigned brands;
• Monitors and reports competitive media activity and creative advertising developments and recommends proactive and reactive initiatives.

• Providing field force with relevant information about products strategy; ensuring communications with all needed departments concerning the product range (Sales, Logistic, Finance);


THE PERSON

The ideal Candidate must have:

• University degree in Marketing/Economics;
• Previous experience of minimum 2-3 years in brand management; preferably in a Blue Chip FMCG company or automotive
• Strategic and analytic skills;
• Balance and well organized
• Presentable/charismatic with excellent communication skills, capable to inspire others
• Willingness to learn
• Team-player
• Proficiency in English; Computer literate;
• Good negotiation skills.

This position is reporting to the Marketing/Commercial Director
