Account / Sales Specialist for IT Field
la Antal International in Bucureşti
For our client, one of the most important IT companies in the world, we are currently looking for 2 sales persons, that will complete their team in the servers division, here in the Bucharest office.
Descrierea postului:
• Manages the business growth of the server business and attached support services within assigned accounts/territory
• Increase company Share of Wallet within the accounts
• Perform competitive positioning of the products and articulate COMPANY’s Value Proposition
• Understands and can articulate product road maps
• Prepare special configuration in consultation with customer and presales technical consultant
• Be key customer advocate within the COMPANY
• Understand and follow key sales processes including Funnel management
• Manage and coordinate activities with aligned Account team members, Inside Sales and Customer Service resources
• Driving solution based selling to differentiate the COMPANY from competitors
• Strong focus on TCE and continuous improvement

• Sales Fundamentals (Entrepreneurship, Prospecting and Qualifying, Negotiating, Managing customer)
• Entrepreneur & growth focused
• Trusted advisor on generating return on IT
• Customer management & portfolio management
• Consistent delivery against commitments
• Takes ownership with respect to the COMPANY’s dealings with our customers
• Organized and thorough
• Problem solving
• Demonstrates effective closing skills
• Understand customer business needs & position of the Company’s value proposition in this context
• Clear articulation of the Company’s Unique Selling Points and the COMPANY value proposition
• Ability to sell ROIT, trusted advisor on generating return on IT
• Building strong networks and virtual teams across the broader organization
• Ability to deliver against plans/actions
Cerinte:
Minimum 3-5 years Sales experience
Master's (graduate) degree preferably IT and/or business related or equivalent
Sound knowledge of IT sales
A self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win
Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
An organized, team approach
Fluent English
Driving license
