Description
Responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of online projects, ensuring that work is strategically correct, on brief, on time and on budget.
Requirements:
- minimum 1 year in managing online projects

• Confident, ambitious and energetic with a persuasive manner and the ability to use your initiative

• Highly organized, able to work to deadlines and a stickler for detail
Responsibilities
• Report to, and liaise closely with the Brand Consultant and Creative Director
• Handle accounts and develop solid business relationships with clients through regular and pro-active contact
• Decide on the best way to meet a client's business objectives through effective marketing
• Brief all relevant parties within the agency clearly and succinctly on what's needed
• Write briefs and copy platforms for the creative team
• Present briefs for sign-off to the client, Brand Consultant and Creative Director
• Present creative work and media plan (including costs involved) to the client
• Manage the production process, turning ideas into reality and ensuring deadlines are met
• Monitor progress of campaigns/materials and make recommendations for modifications where appropriate
• Monitor competitor activity and report to client
• Monitor the financials of each account assigned
• Flag in due time issues that might affect the deadlines/budgets of the projects.
• Write contracts, negotiate contract terms and follow through observing contract terms.
• Write contact reports after each client or phone meeting when decisions are made.
• Develop project structure & wireframes and approve with BC/CD/client (before the design stage starts).
