Our client is a FMCG Europeans company, which act in the spices production field. Our Client's history is a story of constant development. They’ve created in Poland a condiments category based on innovation and on breaking through stereotypes. Today that brand means products of the highest quality and the offer of the widest range of spices, mustards and taste supplements on the market. The company supply over 250 different products to the retail market and more than 130 products for gastronomy. Our client also supplies over 200 products to each of its Subsidiaries in Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Czech and Slovakia. The company has been number 1 on the Polish Condiments and Mustards market continuously for the last few years.
In Romania the company is present since 2002, with packing and distribution. The company’s products are present in all the big retailer’s stands and are very well known by the consumer.
Starting with January 2008 the company need a MARKETING SPECIALIST, who will be in charge with Romanian BTL and ATL campaigns under the directly coordination of head quarter marketing department.
The main responsibilities are:
- Identify major competitors, trends and developmental opportunities
- Developing and implementing the local Marketing & Communication strategy
- Create an interface between Sales and Product Management Department in order to grow up the sales results
- Offer support for the Sales team
- Customer relationship management
- Managing corporate branding through advertising, conferences, trade shows and other events
- Managing the relationship with the headquarter of the company as well as with different outsourcing agencies
- Create and adjust specific documentation (brochures, leaflets, catalogues, etc.)
- Marketing research activities in order to improve the activity
- Prepare and coordinate special events, product launches, fairs, exhibitions, technical conferences
- Prepare different report and graphics.
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing
- University graduated, preferably Marketing or ASE
- Very good communication skills in English;
- Proficient in PC- MS Office: Excel is compulsory; Adobe, CorelDraw,
- Dynamic, open, proactive, communicative, multitasked
- Good track record in managing relationship with customers
- Reliable persons, determined and ambitious
- Willing to develop and learn new things
