CALL CENTER AGENT- PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE

RESPONSABILITIES:
- Available to work 10h00-19h00
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Ability to maintain composure and meet performance measures
- Ability to adapt to ongoing revisions
- Ability to comfortably use a Windows based computer system
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Proficiency in Portuguese is the main criteria and medium in English
- Very good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Well-organization with attention to detail
- Good computer knowledge
- Ability and desire to work in a team
- Willingness to speak to customers in a friendly and helpful manner
