Marketing Director
la Confidential in Bucureşti
Description
Our company is one of the most important employers in Romania, in FMCG domain. Our new colleague will assist us in:
- Coordinates marketing, advertising and promotional activities throughout the country;
- Establishes long term marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives, marketing management and strategic planning experience;
- Evaluates cunsumption habits, competitor data and market conditions to implement the organisations marketing plan;
- Highly developed commercial and business awareness;
- A very good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements in Romania;
- Manages the Marketing budget and deliver all marketing activity within set budget;
- Proven track record with marketing strategies development and implementation.
Qualifications
-University degree, preferable with emphasis on Marketing, Business or Engineering;
-Minimum 7 years experience in different Marketing and Sales managerial positions in FMCG domain of activities(food),as marketing manager/ brand manager /project manager;
-Proficient in English;
-Out-of-the-box thinking, multi-tasking;
-Strong organisational skills: leadership, budget management, task management, reporting.
