For one of our clients, headquartered in Düsseldorf / Germany, with about 55,000 employees worldwide and counts among the most internationally aligned German-based companies in the global marketplace, we are looking for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for its Romanian office.
Laundry & Home Care has always played an important role for our Client: The Company’s success story started with a product from this business sector.
Goal:
The Main job goal for that position are:
• Holding responsibility for developing the sales of the company’s products to designated key accounts partners within one important Company's Unit: Detergents.
Goal success steps:
• Negotiating the contracts with key customers;
• Developing the key accounts according to the company’s sales strategy;
• Managing and developing very good business relationship with the assigned key accounts;
• Controlling and proposing sales development and marketing strategies updated to the market tendencies;
• Providing professional sales estimation while cooperating with the rest of the sales team and with the headquarter;
• Coordinating the sales promotion activities;
• Offering accurate sales reports to direct manager;
• Being responsible for target achievement
Requirements:
• University degree;
• 1-3 years of experience in Key Account sales management;
• Excellent negotiator, with a born “to sell” attitude;
• Optimistic and continuously target oriented;
• Serf-starter and autonomous;
• Very good client knowledge;
• Fluent in English, as well as PC literate.
