Insight Director (Research and Marketing)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Makes final decisions on research methodologies applied and on research suppliers.
- Signs-off recommendation for annual insight generation plan and budget.
- Has ultimate accountability for research budget.
- Recruits, develops, and assesses performance of subordinates
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in a marketing or business related field;
- At least 7 years research and analysis experience within multinational enviroment;
- Experienced in leading cross-functional projects;
- Strong Strategic and logical thinking;
- Very good analytical and numeric skills;
- Strong managerial and developmental skills;
- Interpersonal skills;
- English fluent.
