Our client is part of a group of companies that have been developing,producing and distributing for more than 14 years alcoholic brands, in the most important categories existing on the market. Their brands became market leaders in a short period of time after their launch and have maintained their positions until today.The company is one of the most important alcoholic beverages
distribution companies in Romania, the distribution is achieved through all 3 channels: Off Premise Channel, distribution in 56.700 points of sales, Modern Retail, On Premise Channel (HO-RE-CA).

Skills
English – conversational/good
PC Knowledge – Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
Clean driving licence
Experience
At least 2 years experience in sales.
At least 1 year experience in the on-trade channel/FMCG/HORECA
Education
High School (University Degree is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for full alignment in his area of the promotional objectives agreed in all the brand plans.
Ensure that the Company Brands are properly distributed & merchandised in the on-trade channel.
Deeply understand distribution system of Competitors.
Ensure deep collaboration with Area Sales Managers – Off-trade and distributors’ sales reps in order to maximise effectiveness of distribution.
Continuously search ways in existing on-trade customers to increase profitable business for the company.
Contact new outlets prior their opening in order to ensure best position for Company Brands.
Contributes to the continuous research to lower cost to serve and to improve the overall customer service.
Champion the Company Brands supporting their usage and their knowledge among on trade personnel.
Responsible for monthly updating the on-trade data base.
Contribute to the production of the competitors analysis.
Contribute to the regular pricing tracking in the channels of his competence.
Organisational Development:
Continuously analyse other companies practices in order to maximize development of best in class.
Make suggestions on the improvement of the work processes to maximise the efficiency & effectiveness of the Department
