SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST
la ITEX Management&Consulting in Bucureşti
Our client, a multinational company with an international presence since 1984, offers integrated business solutions: ERP, CRM, for work-flow, for project management and many other complex solutions.
The job requires:
- Registering leads and sales;
- Registering and managing orders (solve any operational problem that might appear in the sales process);
- Ensuring support both for clients and for the sales team, offering information regarding sales status;
- Generating weekly, monthly and yearly reports or on request regarding the sales department activity.
Requirements:
- University degree preferable in: economics, technical field, marketing;
- Relevant experience of 1-2 years;
- Knowledge of IT market is an advantage;
- Excellent communication abilities both in English and Romanian;
- Accuracy, responsibility and capacity to work with multiple projects at a time;
- Client orientation and flexibility;
- Team player and tenacity.
