Online Marketer
la SC TEAM LINGO SRL in Timişoara
Lingo24 is one of the fastest-growing, most innovative translation companies in Europe. With small operations in the UK, New Zealand, China, France, Germany and Panama, the company’s main hub is in Romania, where it employs over 50 people in project management, account management, IT and marketing roles. Lingo24 undertakes translation projects for a wide range of clients in several different industry sectors.
It is now seeking two online marketers to join its marketing team in Timisoara, Romania, as Lingo24 is rapidly growing.
Outline of Online Marketer’s role
Role: to ensure the company's secondary site (you will be in charge of one) and finding new, high quality sites which can link to it, and arranging that the links deal is fulfilled.
Specific Tasks
Tasks:
1. Find new sites related to translation and language or focused on an industry sector the company is looking to target (for example, the travel and tourism sector, or ‘marketing managers’) or use existing industry information from the company to find contacts.
2. Contact the site (either by email or by ‘phone) and see if they would be interested in publishing an article by us that offers their site visitors real value in exchange for a link back to our site.
3. If we have a positive response, arrange fulfillment of deal. If not, suggest other things, such as: link exchange (using our other sites); affiliate scheme (whereby the site derives revenue from forwarded traffic), paid advertising (either a text link ad or a dedicated page). (It may be that sites will link to parts of our site but not others – and this is still worth doing – so for example they might link to our articles, but not to our customer-focused material).Again, when we find an opportunity, complete the job/close the deal.
Requirements
• excellent English, both written and spoken
• very good Finnish would be a plus
• proven Internet research and computer skills
• good level of numeracy
• hard-working, organized and enthusiastic
Salary and conditions
The salary will be attractive and depend on previous experience and skills. The marketer will work from home. The company pays for the broadband internet access. Flexible working hours, meal tickets, well-being benefit, team building activities, 24 days’ holiday, pension scheme, full training, bonuses and six-monthly salary review.
