Printre multiplele variabile pe care le implica agricultura, compania este o componenta stabila si de incredere a economiei romanesti.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Plecand de la procesarea semintelor oleaginoase pentru ulei, depozitarea si comertul cu cereale si oleaginoase, clientul nostru si-a extins afacerile in domeniul agribusiness-ului, facand legatura intre marii procesatori si fermieri, si oferind siguranta ambelor parti.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;Sarcinile si responsabilitati specifice postului&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;- propune si implementeaza planul de afaceri al regiunii pe care o coordoneaza in conformitate cu strategia firmei; &amp;#8211; propune si implementeaza planul de vanzari al regiunii precum si obiectivele echipei din subordine (vanzari, clienti noi, recuperare, etc); &amp;#8211; raspunde de organizarea si monitorizarea echipei de vanzari din subordine si de indeplinirea obiectivelor pe regiune; &amp;#8211; urmareste si raspunde de derularea contractelor de vanzari incheiate in cadrul regiunii, pe care le semneaza alaturi de persoana desemnata din cadrul echipei, angajarea societatii in aceasta relatie contractuala urmand a se face prin contrasemnatura directorului general;&lt;br /&gt;&#10;urmareste modificarile si completarile bazei de date cu fermierii din zona de activitate si informeaza seful ierarhic superior despre evolutia acesteia;&lt;br /&gt;&#10;periodic, intocmeste  rapoarte privind activitatea Regiunii pe care o conduce si le prezinta Directorului de Divizie;&lt;br /&gt;&#10;instruieste si coordoneaza salariatii din subordine si se preocupa permanent de perfectionarea profesionala a acestora;&lt;br /&gt;&#10;zilnic, planifica impreuna cu fiecare membru al echipei, activitatea pe care acesta urmeaza sa o desfasoare, stabilind nominal clientii/fermierii/furnizorii ce urmeaza a-i vizita si scopul vizitelor. &amp;#8211; identifica si propune oportunitati de crestere (clienti noi); &amp;#8211; urmareste profitabilitatea/produs, marja, politica de discounturi; &amp;#8211; recruteaza si dezvolta oamenii din subordine; &amp;#8211; organizeaza intalniri cu fermierii din zona; &amp;#8211;  supervizeaza managementul depozitelor; &amp;#8211; organizeaza strangerea informatiilor din piata (competitie, preturi, baze de clienti, etc.) si le transmite managerilor de categorie; &amp;#8211; informeaza periodic sefii ierarhici asupra problemelor deosebite ivite in activitatea zilnica si propune solutii de rezolvare; &amp;#8211; respecta prevederile legale, normele si procedurile firmei;&lt;br /&gt;&#10;cunoaste in permanenta situatia centralizata si pe clienti/fermieri/furnizori a tuturor  contractelor intocmite; cunoaste toate informatiile legate de suprafete, cantitati, produse contractate, valori si produse acordate ca input;&lt;br /&gt;&#10;are permanent in vedere cresterea volumului de vanzare de inputuri si extinderea ariei de acoperire alocate in concordanta cu politica  firmei si cu prioritatile de moment ale acestora;&lt;br /&gt;&#10;mentine si promoveaza in piata imaginea firmei;&lt;br /&gt;&#10;se informeaza cu privire la activitatea in piata  de inputuri agricole si informeaza zilnic conducerea asupra  preturilor, produselor comercializate, etc.;&lt;br /&gt;&#10;se asigura ca documentele care prezinta garantii la contractile incheiate sunt suficiente si acoperitoare pentru realizarea creantei.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;Cerinte&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;- Studii universitare (studii agronomice sau in dom. chimic, prezinta avantaj) &amp;#8211; Minim 3 ani experienta manageriala, in vanzari. &amp;#8211; Experienta in vanzare de inputuri pt agricultura: seminte, ingrasaminte, pesticide, prezinta un avantaj (eventual in domenii conexe: ind. chimica, vopsele/coloranti/farma/echipamente industriale/alimente). &amp;#8211; Cunostinte de utilizare a calculatorului (MS Office) &amp;#8211; Engleza (prezinta avantaj).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.jobinmarketing.ro/job/450/director-vanzari-regiune-bz-br-ct-%e2%80%93-domeniul-agricol-at-corina-manta/&quot;&gt;Aplica la job in marketing&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>
